Ground in dirt and grime don't stand a chance with this industrial strength cleaner and degreaser designed to tackle the most difficult traffic areas and soils. Effective at high dilution ratios, it's an economical yet effective solution for concrete, patios and other outdoor surfaces. Physical form: thin, water-based liquid. Color: clear, red. Odor: butyl. Ph (concentrate): 13.5 - 14. Ph (use dilution of 1: 120): 12 - 12.5. Density - specific gravity: 8.84 lbs/gal. - 1.06. Flash point (tcc): none. Shelf life: 1 year minimum. 4 Gallons capacity. Directions for use: apply with automatic floor equipment or conventional methods. Following conventional methods, rinse with potable water. Use at appropriate concentrations as found on label. Avoid contact with aluminum, galvanized metals, and painted surfaces as damage my occur. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not breathe vapor or mist. Do not ingest. Do not reuse container. Wash thoroughly after handling.
