Rare Vintage 1953 Queen Elizabeth Coronation Silk Tapestry The tapestry was designed & woven in the finest gossamer silk by Brocklehurst-Whiston weavers. It took four months to prepare the design for weaving, in which the loom made 3,300 evolutions. The tapestry contains 790 stitches every square inch. A stunning piece of British workmanship.
