The V-Slicer Plus Mandoline is made of durable ABS plastic with German surgical-grade stainless steel blades. 7mm and 3.5mm blades will julienne or shred cuts; the slicing insert will cut thick or thin slices. The ambidextrous Food Safety Holder features a serrated edge that safely pushes food off the slicer with minimal pressure. Steel pins grip most sizes and shapes of produce to create even slices every time. The caddy with a safety clip offers easy storage. • ALL-IN-ONE PROFESSIONAL SET – The professional set includes two blade inserts: 0.14 inch (3.5mm) insert for fine julienne strips and dices, and 0.28 inch (7mm) insert for thicker veggie sticks, ideal for homemade fries. The micro-finely honed stainless steel blades allow for quick and precise slicing and grating of thin & thick slices, coarse & fine sticks, and dices. To make dices, pre-cut the vegetables crosswise.
• EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade. Also, rinse the food holder under running water. The mandoline slicer can also be cleaned under rinsing water.
