Comes with everything shown. Im the second owner but I didn’t wear it. My measurements are 39-32-38 and it was too big on me. Would recommend measurements 41-36-free. Waistband of the skirt is 18.5” flat.
There’s a button missing on the skirt but otherwise I couldn’t find any issues. The top zips up the back.
