Simpson set 71016 with all mini-figures, and 3 extras as well as an extra skateboard. Set itself is near complete missing a few small pieces that make up fruits, plants on the roof and a pipe. Inside stickers are all great just the front sign and parking stickers are in ok shape.Instructions are good with a bit of wear on its side, it will include 2 custom sticker sheets for the buyer to decide whether or not they’ll want to change them. All stickers items shown are real Lego stickers except the sticker sheets, the missing stickers on the sheet were used for a moc cruiser I’m building.
