This ensures reliable contact and high pulling power for smooth travel. The track oval has a space requirement of approx. 265 x 375 mm. Two 1.5 V LR6 / AA mignon batteries (not included) or a power supply unit with 3 V DC voltage are required to operate the train. Since the locomotives have minimal power consumption, the batteries last a very long time
