Chestnut frying pan with wooden handle. Diameter: cm. 27 Made of high quality alloy steel. The pan is covered with a light layer of protective grease. It is recommended to wash in warm water before use, dry well and put on gas for 2-3 minutes so as to eliminate all traces of moisture. To avoid oxidation of the surface, we recommend that you never wash the pan, wipe with a rag or paper. If washing can not be avoided, follow as recommended above by drying well and putting back on the gas for 2-3 minutes.
