Our Cheese Baker makes it possible to cook and serve hot cheese to share. Ideal for aperitifs with friends or a raclette dinner. Coulommies, reblochon or goat cheese, place the cheese with toppers in the Cheese Baker, close and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Then serve directly. The cheese is dripped to soak bread, crackers or use it by spoon on potatoes and cold meats, just like a scraper. During cooking, the lid infuses flavours, prevents cheese from drying out, retains odours and keeps it warm until serving. Its enamel resists metal utensils without scratching and ensures easy cleaning. Oven safe up to 270°C, microwave and dishwasher safe without the risk of colour change.
