• Check my facial expression. Do I seem at ease and relaxed?
• Is my bottom snug against the back support with my trunk upright? If I've slid forward, it might indicate a change in shape or a loose belt. Adjust my position if needed
• Feel under my bottom and thighs. Am I evenly distributing my weight on both sides? Uneven weight distribution could suggest underlying asymmetry
• Measure the space behind my knees. If it's more than two fingers' width, my legs may have grown, requiring seat adjustment
• Feel under the front of my thighs. Am I bearing weight here? If not, my lower legs might have grown, needing footplate adjustment for better pressure distribution
• Check the space around my lateral and pelvic supports. If you can't easily fit your hand in, I might have changed shape or grown, requiring reassessment
• Finally, check my head position. Is it centered on the head support? If the trunk laterals are too low, my head and trunk may tilt, making it hard to sit up
