The 305-1638 angle 6" screw conveyor trough, measuring 5ft in length, is reinforced with structural steel angles along its top edge, ensuring robust strength and rigidity. For precise installation, NU-Weld end flanges are continuously jig-welded at both ends. While typically crafted from hot-rolled steel, these troughs can also be made from stainless steel or other materials to suit specific applications. Customizations like a perforated bottom, drop bottom, or jacketing for temperature control are possible. They usually come with a tite-seal cover, but other cover types are available.
