A.G.E.™ Series blades are laser cut from virgin steel, then flattened, ground, tensioned and tipped with large, European-style carbide tips for smooth, accurate cutting. Every step of the manufacturing process is computer-controlled and monitored by sophisticated inspection equipment to assure consistently “tight” tolerances and superior quality. Each blade is inspected again prior to shipment, so when you buyA.G.E Series blades, you can count on excellent performance and outstanding value. • Carbide Tipped • TCG (Triple Chip Grind) Designed specifically for cutting relatively thin-walled aluminum and non-ferrous extrusions and frames. Use a coolant or blade wax and clamp down the work piece when cutting non-ferrous metals. Warning: NEVER attempt to cut ferrous metals (steel, iron, etc.) with these saw blades. Non-Ferrous blade is not to be used on multi-purpose cut-off saws or gas power saws, unless saw has a guard that covers both the upper half an d the lower half of the blade completely. The guard must extend to the lowest point of the cutting teeth on the bottom of the blade. Consult machine owner’s manual and follow all instructions and safety procedures - including wearing safety goggles at all times while working with this blade.
